Rhythmic Reflections is an interactive installation that transforms the traditional relationship between music and dance. The person wearing a sensors belt controls the music with their dance, as the music adapts to their movements in real-time. Each movement in any direction adjusts the volume, creating a unique and immersive experience. Rhythmic Reflections offers a fresh perspective on dance and music, where the music follows the dance instead of the other way around.

the tech

How does it work?

Rhythmic Reflections is an interactive installation that uses sensors to capture a person's movements and heart rate. The data is sent to a computer running custom software created using Processing. The software generates music and visuals that reflect the person's movements, using complex algorithms that analyze the data from the sensors. The visuals are projected onto the cocoon, creating an immersive environment that responds to the person's movements in real-time.
