Gaia’s Project was inspired by old mythology from all around the world and it’s an invitation to experience how would nature sound like if it was controlled by the gods. The altar is a box with 3 runes that once opened will start playing music. If you select a rune, you will hear different music. Be careful, if the temperature drops below a certain level, the gods will become angry! Make them happy by raising the humidity in the room. Inside the box you will also find an Earh replica. Using the special gloves (with little magnets inside) above the Earth, will add distortion to the music.

the tech

How does it work?

Proximity + Magnetic field detection = general ambient music // Magnetic field variation = music distortion // Color detection = chooses between 3 gods with different theme songs // Temperature < threshold = gods are angry // Humidity > threshold = it’s an offering to gods => gods are happy
